How do I order a custom furniture item?

To order a custom-made furniture item, simply go to shop and select your preferred product, fabric, and other available options using our customization prompts. When we receive your order, our team will get to work creating your unique and one-of-a-kind item. You will receive updates throughout the process, and we will reach out to you as necessary if we have additional questions about your order requirements.

Will my custom-made item look exactly like the image online?

Each custom-made product will have slight variations due to natural differences in fabrics, textiles, wood grain patterns, and other unique materials used during fabrication. These slight imperfections are not considered defects, and are indicative of our high-quality manufacturing process that has been designed to meet our individual customers’ specifications. To ensure 100% satisfaction, we encourage every customer to provide precise and accurate measurements when submitting their custom order, and we are also happy to provide fabric swatches upon request.

Can I make changes to my order?

Once we begin the process of creating your custom item, changes cannot be made. If you have any questions about your order, or would like to speak with us directly about making an order change, please contact our support team.

Can I cancel an order?

When we receive an order, we immediately get to work designing and manufacturing your handcrafted item. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us within 24 hours of order submission. However, every circumstance is unique, and we cannot guarantee that cancellations can be made.

Are there shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be calculated at the time of order based on the delivery location. The shipping costs will be included on the invoice, which must be paid in full at the time the order is created. The invoice will also include applicable sales tax charges. Are returns allowed?

We do not accept returns on any of our custom-made items, and all sales of custom furniture pieces are final. We do accept returns for small non-custom items that have been purchased directly from our website. For full return and refund policies, please click here.

What if my custom furniture piece is damaged during shipping?

To ensure coverage for repairs to items that may have been damaged during the shipping process, you must purchase a protection plan at the time of your order. You must report shipping damage within 30 days of item delivery, which includes filing a claim with the freight provider.

How do you select the materials used for your custom furniture items?

We are passionate about using only the highest quality fabrics, textiles, woods, and other materials for both our custom and non-custom products. Our products and furniture items are manufactured using locally sourced and sustainable materials when possible, and are free of toxic chemicals.

Once I have submitted an order for a custom-made piece, how long will it take to receive the completed item?

We operate with an average lead time of 8-10 weeks, although this timeframe may increase if the custom item is complex, or if the materials or fabrics needed for the item are not in stock. At the time of order, we will provide you with an estimated date of delivery, and will provide updates if the anticipated timeline will be delayed for any reason.

If I order an in-stock, non-custom item directly from your website, when will it be shipped?

If the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 5 to 10 business days. 

When will I be billed for my order? Can I pay in installments?

Your order will be billed immediately, and payment in full must be made before your custom item goes into production. We do not accept payments made in installments.

Do you offer sale items or seasonal promotions?

We do offer limited-time promotions and seasonal discounts, which are limited to our in-stock, non-custom inventory of products. We do not offer discounts on custom ord ers.
