Returns and Refunds
Please note that returns and refunds are applicable only to non-custom items that are purchased directly from our website. All custom furniture sales are final sale and non-refundable.
If damage to your custom-made item has been incurred during shipping, please see the Custom Items section below.
Custom Items
All custom-made items are final sale, with no exceptions. Refunds, returns, and exchanges will not be permitted.
Once your custom furniture piece arrives, please inspect carefully to ensure your complete satisfaction. If there are any signs of damage incurred via shipping, we will connect you with a local upholstery or carpentry service who will be able to repair your damaged item.
In order to receive repair services for shipping damage, please note the following:
- You must purchase the damage protection plan at the time of purchase
- You must initiate the repair process within 30 days of item arrival
- You must file a claim with the shipping freight company that delivered your damaged item
If you are filing a claim for shipping-related damage, please be sure to take photos of all damage upon item arrival, which must be included with your claim.
Damage reported after 30 days of arrival date may not be eligible for coverage under the protection plan.
Non-Custom Items
Returns and refunds may be accepted for non-custom items, which include pre-made items that have been purchased directly from our website. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of item arrival, and item must be returned in its original condition, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached (if applicable). We reserve the right to refuse item returns if there are signs of wear and tear, damage from item use, or other circumstances that have affected the condition of the item. Return freight and/or shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Damaged Non-Custom Items
If you have received a non-custom item that shows signs of damage, please contact our customer support team immediately. You can also complete our online request form with additional concerns or questions. Once we receive your completed form, we will work with you to resolve the issue and will provide a return label, if applicable.
Small Non-Custom Items
Small non-custom items, including pillows, blankets, home décor, and accessories, may be returned or exchanged. If the item is not damaged and needs to be returned, the customer is responsible for return shipping and/or freight costs.
Large Non-Custom Items
Large non-custom furniture pieces that have been purchased directly from our website require special handling, as well as a protection policy that must be purchased when the item is ordered. If you would like to return your large furniture item, please contact our support team, and we will provide further instructions to help initiate your return.
Disclaimer:
The final appearance of both custom items and non-custom items may differ slightly from website pictures or custom design drafts. We source only the highest quality fabrics and textiles, which may contain slight natural variations in hue and texture. These variances are not considered manufacturing defects, and are due to the creative and unique custom furniture fabrication process which ensures that every piece is exclusive and one of a kind.
