We are committed to providing each customer with fast, reliable, and safe shipping methods to ensure each order is handled with the best care possible, and delivered in an efficient and timely manner.
Shipping Costs
Kanaan Design House offers a variety of global shipping options, and the freight provider will be selected for each shipment based on customer needs and location. For international shipments, shipping cost will be calculated based on the country listed on the delivery address provided by the customer.
Please note that we cannot ship orders to P.O. boxes.
Payments
All custom and non-custom orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, and we also accept payments via PayPal, WHISH, and wire transfer.
In addition to shipping costs, orders may be subject to sales tax. Additional sales tax charges will be calculated based on current state or local tax rates, and will be included in the final order cost.

Shipment Tracking
You will receive a notification via text or email when your order has been shipped. This message will contain your order tracking number, along with shipment tracking details and an estimated date of delivery.
If there is a delay in delivery or a change in the status of your order, your tracking information will be subsequently updated by the freight provider.
